By accessing or using our website, xmodelsai.com, you're agreeing to these terms of service ("Terms"). If you don't accept these Terms in full, please refrain from using the XmodelsAI website.

XmodelsAI is designed for creating and training AI models to generate personalized photos and videos, including nude images, video generation from images or text, image editing with AI nudify, and video editing. You may utilize our website to train models using your own photos or those you have explicit permission to use, generate new images and videos, or edit existing content according to your plan's specifications. The generated content is intended for personal use unless otherwise specified in your subscription plan.

When training AI models, you must only use images of yourself or of individuals who have provided informed, explicit, and verifiable consent for their images to be used in AI training and generation. Non‑consensual material is strictly prohibited. You are fully responsible for obtaining and maintaining proof of consent for any third‑party images you upload.

In particular, you must not use the Service to create or attempt to create non‑consensual deepfakes or sexually explicit content of real people, including but not limited to so‑called “nudify” effects, stripping effects, or any synthetic or edited intimate imagery based on a real person’s likeness where you do not have their explicit permission. Depending on the jurisdiction (including, without limitation, Spain, the United Kingdom, and EU Member States), the creation, possession, or distribution of such non‑consensual intimate images may constitute a criminal offence and/or give rise to civil liability. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws.

Generated content must comply with these Terms, our content guidelines, and applicable laws. XmodelsAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access, and to remove content or models, that violate these requirements.

All content on the XmodelsAI website, including AI-generated images, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of XmodelsAI and is safeguarded by copyright and trademark laws. The rights to AI-generated images are granted according to your subscription plan. For personal plans, images may only be used for non-commercial purposes. For commercial plans, images may be used in commercial projects subject to our usage guidelines. Training data and model weights remain the property of XmodelsAI.

We take the privacy of our users seriously. Training data uploaded to our platform is used solely for the purpose of training your personal AI model. We do not share your training data or generated images with other users or third parties, except as required by law or to protect our rights, users, or third parties. You maintain control over your trained models and can request deletion of your data at any time according to our privacy policy and applicable law.

For the purposes of EU data protection law (including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)), XmodelsAI acts as a data controller for personal data we process in connection with your account and your use of the Service. We process personal data on the following legal bases: (i) performance of a contract (to provide and operate the Service you request), (ii) compliance with legal obligations (for example, obligations relating to illegal content, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or law‑enforcement requests), and (iii) our legitimate interests in securing, maintaining, and improving the Service, preventing abuse, and protecting our users and third parties. Where required by law, certain processing may also be based on your consent.

In addition to training data and generated content, we may process upload logs (such as timestamps, IP addresses, device information, file identifiers, prompts and parameters), abuse reports (including the content of the report, reporter information, and any follow‑up communications), and moderation metadata (including automated and human review labels, risk scores, reasons for blocks or removals, and records of enforcement actions) to operate the Service safely, investigate misuse, and comply with our legal obligations.

We generally retain logs and moderation records only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, for example: security and operational logs for a limited period (such as 12–24 months), and abuse and moderation case files for the duration of the investigation and any related proceedings, and for a reasonable period thereafter where required for record‑keeping, dispute resolution, or to comply with legal obligations. In some cases, legal obligations (including obligations regarding illegal content or active investigations) may require us to retain certain data for longer periods. When data is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or irreversibly anonymize it.

We may cooperate with and disclose relevant information to law‑enforcement authorities and competent regulators when we have a good‑faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to (i) comply with applicable law or a valid legal request, or (ii) prevent, detect, or respond to illegal activities or serious harms, including the creation or distribution of non‑consensual intimate images, deepfakes used for harassment or extortion, CSAM, exploitation of minors, or credible threats of violence. Such disclosures are assessed on a case‑by‑case basis, in accordance with applicable law and our privacy policy.

XmodelsAI is provided "as is", without any warranties, either expressed or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose. While we strive for high-quality outputs, we cannot guarantee that all AI-generated images will meet your specific requirements or expectations. The quality of generated images may vary based on various factors including training data quality and prompt specifications.

XmodelsAI shall not be held responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our website and the AI-generated images, whether they be direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential. This includes but is not limited to any issues arising from the use of AI-generated images in commercial projects or any claims related to likeness rights or copyright infringement.

By using our website, you agree to protect and hold XmodelsAI, its affiliates, employees, agents, and contractors harmless from any claims, including legal fees, made by third parties due to your use of the XmodelsAI website and AI-generated images, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another's rights. This includes any claims related to the commercial use of generated images or the use of custom-trained models.

• Content involving minors (under 18) or characters depicted as minors, in any form, including any sexualized, nude, or “young‑looking” content. This includes any actual, synthetic, or AI‑generated child sexual abuse material (CSAM), which is strictly prohibited and reported to relevant authorities where required by law.
• Sexual content that depicts abuse, coercion, incest, bestiality, or extreme violence
• Creation, upload, or distribution of non‑consensual deepfakes or intimate images of real people, including any nude, sexual, or otherwise intimate content generated or edited from images of real persons without their explicit consent. This includes using the Service to “nudify” or strip images of real people, whether private individuals or public figures. Such use may be illegal in various jurisdictions (including Spain, the UK, and EU Member States) and is strictly forbidden on XmodelsAI.
• Impersonation, harassment, defamation, and invasion of privacy, including: creating content with the intent to threaten, stalk, shame, blackmail, or otherwise harass a person; deepfakes or images intended to damage someone’s reputation; doxxing (publishing or threatening to publish private or identifying information without consent); or realistic depictions of private or hidden‑camera situations without consent.
• Promotion of hate, harassment, or violent extremism
• Uploading material you do not have the right to use (privacy, publicity, copyright, or contract violations)
• Any attempt to evade safety systems, scan for vulnerabilities, or otherwise misuse the platform, including manipulating prompts or uploads to test or bypass our content moderation or technical safeguards.

Payments for services on XmodelsAI are accepted exclusively in cryptocurrencies. Credits are consumed upon initiating generation or training tasks, regardless of the final output quality. Due to the computational resources involved, credits cannot be refunded once used. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused credits may expire according to your plan's terms.

If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and XmodelsAI regarding your use of our website, replacing any prior understandings or agreements.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the changes on this page. By continuing to use our website after changes are made, you're accepting those changes.
