18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement

All images and videos on XmodelsAI are generated by artificial intelligence. They are not photographs of real individuals. Every depicted character is fictional and is presented as 18 years of age or older.

Because no actual human performers are involved in the creation of the AI-generated visual content displayed on XmodelsAI, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 do not apply to that content. We nevertheless publish this statement for clarity and transparency.

All visual depictions of apparent sexually explicit conduct displayed on or made available through XmodelsAI ("the Site") are computer-generated images and videos produced by artificial intelligence models. They are not, and do not purport to be, depictions of actual human beings engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A).

Because the visual depictions on the Site are not produced using real human performers, they are not subject to the record-keeping and labeling requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

All AI-generated characters depicted on XmodelsAI are presented as adults, 18 years of age or older. Generation prompts, uploaded reference images, and trained models are screened by automated and human moderation systems to enforce this policy. Content that violates our age policy or our Acceptable Use Policy is prohibited and removed.

Users may upload reference images for AI editing, image-to-video, or model training. By uploading, the user confirms that:

• All persons appearing in the uploaded image are adults aged 18 or older;
• Each appearing person has given informed, explicit consent for the image to be used with AI tools, or the image is of the user themselves;
• The upload does not infringe the rights of any third party.

These confirmations are required at upload time and enforced by both UI controls and server-side checks. Misrepresentation may result in account termination and reporting to law enforcement.
