Refund Policy

All credit purchases on XmodelsAI are final and non-refundable. Credits are consumed at the moment a generation or training task is initiated and cannot be returned. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions — every purchase is a one-time payment for a specified amount of credits.

Credits are the in-platform unit of value used to pay for AI generations, model training, video creation and other compute-intensive operations. Each operation has a fixed credit cost shown before you confirm the action.

Credits are consumed when a task is initiated, regardless of the final output quality. Because AI generation involves real GPU costs paid by us to upstream providers, credits cannot be refunded once spent.

• Credits already consumed (used for any image, video, edit, or training task)
• Unused credits remaining in an account
• Failed, cancelled, or low-quality generations — credits are paid for the compute, not the outcome
• Purchases made under promotional pricing, bonus codes, or affiliate discounts
• Accounts terminated for violation of our Acceptable Use Policy

XmodelsAI does not offer subscriptions or recurring billing. Every credit purchase is a single, one-time charge. Your card or wallet is never billed again unless you choose to make another purchase. There is nothing to cancel and no recurring auto-renewal.

If you believe a charge on your account is unauthorized or you have a billing question, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We aim to respond within 3 business days and to resolve any legitimate billing concern in good faith.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of the affected account, forfeiture of remaining credits, and a permanent ban from the Service.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
